What is a supreme? A Supreme is a chicken breast with a small wing bone attached and skin left on; for those crispy skin lovers!
We cut these straight of the whole chickens as we don't like pre-packed poultry; we want to do the work ourselves. This ensures us and the customer that our selection of poultry is fresh. If you do not fancy a whole chicken then a supreme is for you.

The stuffed thigh is regularly taken home by us, making it the butchers choice of an easy meal. We use large thighs; removing skin and bone. We stuff the thigh with a tasty honey roast chipolata and cover the thigh with streaky bacon to lock in all of that succulent, irresistible flavour.
