CATERING PLANNING

Our aim is to take the stress away from your event, so we’ll have a detailed briefing with you on event timings, access requirements and staffing. You’ll know exactly what is happening when, so all you will have to do is sit back and enjoy the event.

DIET CONSIDERATIONS

We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements. Just let us know in advance if any of your guests have any dietary requirements or food allergies and we will be delighted to come up with some alternative dishes.

HIRED EQUIPMENT

Sorting out the food is just one aspect of a successful event, which is why we hire a full selection of additional equipment. From gazebos to patio heaters, china to cutlery, we’ll talk through every aspect of your event, so nothing is missed or forgotten.

Before anything else we will always have a detailed discussion on the menu to see what will suit your event. Hog roast catering to make your event that extra bit special

Succulent, beautifully tender, full of flavour – there is something truly magically about a hog roast making it a great addition to any type of event.

Our pig roasts and tender spit roast lamb is cooked to perfection on one of our special hog roast machines. We’ll then safely transport it to your venue where it will be carved by one of our professional team onsite. We also supply a wide range of salads and condiments to complement your hog roast, including chunky, creamy coleslaw, roasted vegetable couscous and traditional mixed green salads.

Hand-pressed burgers, homemade sausages, succulent steak chorizo kebabs – our BBQ menus offer traditional, innovative and mouth-watering options all made from the finest local produce. Menus can be tailored to your specific needs, so just let us know which of our BBQ options you prefer.
