Returns/Cancellation/Complaints
If you have any form of complaint about our product or service in which we have provided, then please contact – 01296 622014 or email us at – kingsfarmshop@btconnect.com. We will reply to emails within 3 working days.
You have the right to cancel any order you have made with us, unless of course it is already in preparation during the day of delivery.
We are always 100% satisfied with our food and products. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Kings Farm Shop reserves the right to deny or alter conditions on refunds based on quality reasons. We will ask for evidence to be provided for any complaint that requires a refund or replacement; arranging the items to be collected or returned to us. If you fail to provide or send sufficient evidence, you could diminish your chances of a refund or replacement. All refunds are at the company’s discretion. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the agreed refund amount.
