How to Order

As we are going to be delivering direct to your door we want to make sure your goods reach you in the best possible condition. We will be offering free delivery Tuesday – Thursdays within a 10 mile radius of our farm shop using our own refrigerated vans.  Minimum order quantity is £40 for all orders. Order before 10am for same day delivery.  Please note we do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERIES

These will be made in the coloured areas on the map on the following days:

Red –  Tuesday
Green – Thursday
Yellow – Tuesday, and Thursday

Should you require delivery on a different day/area please give us a call in the shop on 01296 622014 PRIOR to placing your order. Please note additional delivery days may incur a separate delivery charge.

You can also order online but request to pick up at the shop, please choose this option at checkout.  Orders placed before 10am will be available for pick up same day, orders placed after 10am will be ready for collection after 10am the following day.

Packaging

If we had it our way, we would get rid of unnecessary packaging altogether. However, we need to get your food to you in perfect condition.

As we will be using our own refrigerated vans, we can use less packaging to ensure the food stays cold. It also means we can build a personal relationship with you, it is always nice to see a familiar face, someone you can speak to and somebody who personally knows your order and delivery requirements.

Your order will be delivered in a Kings Farm box with each item packed to your order requirements. Unless otherwise requested your items will be vacuum packed for your convenience. If you will not be in during the delivery period please advise us at checkout, and we will place ice packs in your box to ensure your food stays at a safe cold temperature.
