Our pork is all free range. We exclusively choose our own gilt pigs. They are allowed to roam free and grow naturally, living stress free lives. Keeping their lives stress free means they live a happy life, which really shows in the meat; allowing the meat to relax. Happy pig, happy butcher and happy customer. It’s really not that bad pigging out after all!
